A registration fee* of $50 is required for all attendees who wish to attend the day sessions and the luncheon on Thursday, September 17 at 12:30 PM. All evening sessions are open to the public free of charge.
Group discounts are available! For groups of 5 or more, registration is $200. Please follow the instructions for group registration below.
The last day for pre-conference registration is September 8, 2009. After September 8th, registration will be available at the door for the day sessions and for the luncheon depending on space availability.
*Registration fees are non-refundable but are transferable.

Group Registration
To take advantage of the group discount you must register by phone or by mail. The online registration system will not allow for the group discount.
When registering a group, please have the name and address information for each registrant and specify whether the address is a home or ministry address. |
