Dr. Ed Dufresne
Dr. Ed Dufresne is a bold, and compassionate minister, with over 40 years experience in the ministry. In 1971, God put a tangible healing anointing in his right hand, and since then he has traveled over 11 million air miles carrying that healing anointing to this generation.
It has been said of Dr. Dufresne that he has a unique ability to draw the anointing and gifts out of ministers. His annual Fresh Oil Conferences draw ministers from around the globe who come and receive impartations from a man of God whose ministry is earmarked by the moving of the Holy Spirit.

Dr. La Fayette Scales
In 1982 he was commissioned Pastor of Rhema Christian Center having began that work with seven members. The church has grown profoundly and is making an impact in northeast Columbus, Ohio. The church has assisted in establishing six (6) local congregations and developed Dayspring Christian Community Development Corporation providing affordable housing and economic opportunity for low-income families.
La Fayette has ministered to men across the United States and throughout the world. He is also a charter member of the Fellowship of Inner City Word of Faith Ministries (FICWFM)
Through the Network of Local Churches, La Fayette is recognized and set in the Church as an Apostle and functions in that capacity to many leaders, churches, and ministries locally, nationally, and internationally. La Fayette has ministered throughout the United States and over 20 countries. He has authored two books: “What is the Church Coming To” and “It’s The Walk Not The Talk”. In addition, he has been a featured speaker at Back to the Bible Conference. In May, 2003 Pastor Scales received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Beulah Heights Bible College in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tony Cooke
Gifted as a teacher, Tony Cooke has been s erving the Body of Christ in various capacities since 1980. For eighteen-and-a-half years, Tony was on staff at Kenneth Hagin Ministries, where he served as dean a nd instructor at RHEMA Bible Training Center, Senior Associate Pastor at RHEMA Bible Church, Director of RHEMA Ministerial Association International, and Director of RHEMA Alumni Association.
Currently, Tony teaches worldwide with an emphasis on strengthening churches and leaders. Tony's ministry travels have taken him to more than twenty foreign countries and to more than forty states. He enjoys helping believers reach their potential in Christ, helping leaders maximize their skills and effectiveness, and helping churches become healthy, vibrant, and strong.
A 1981 graduate of RHEMA Bible Training Center, Tony studied Religion at Butler University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Church Ministries from North Central University.
Tony and his wife Lisa reside in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and are the parents of two adult children, Laura and Andrew.
